configuration and maintenance of the operating system.

The developers can join the development of plugins for DevMan.
The API is not published.
- Preliminary, our plugin system will work as described:
- DevMan walks by the tree of detected devices
- it calls the plugin for every device
- the plugin can access the information collected by DevMan
- the plugin can select
1. don't modify, 2. hide/remove the device from the tree, 3. add/update information about device,
4. add more devices to the list.
