XSane is a very powerful, graphical front end for SANE (Scanner Access Now Easy).
You need functional libsane.dll (e.g. from SANE-1.05) and a XServer (e.g. XFree86OS/2).
Highlights:
- Exportformats: jpeg, tiff, Postscript, pnm, raw, png
- Copy with mouseclick (with help from ghostscript)
- sending PNG directly as email
XSane is a BETA version what means that it's running on the desktop of the author (SANE 1.05, EPSON GT-9500) but has not been tested on other configurations. Feedback is very welcome!
