LSI LOGIC 150-4, 150-6, 150-8 SATA raid PCI-X controllers use MEGARAID.ADD driver and are 100% compatible with eCS, i use them on my servers

they do raid 0,1,5

you can find a lot of them used on ebay very small prices like 30-50$
